1. Using Our Patterns

When you purchase or access a free pattern on Hookd, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that pattern for your own crafting. You may sell finished items you make from our patterns, but you may not redistribute, resell, or share the pattern itself.

2. Purchases & Payments

Pattern purchases are one-time payments processed securely through Stripe. Once purchased, a pattern is permanently available in your account. Because digital patterns cannot be returned, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue with a purchased pattern, please contact us and we will resolve it.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Account features include progress syncing, purchase history, and pattern access across devices. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

When you post comments, project photos, or other content, you retain ownership but grant Hookd a license to display that content on our platform. Please keep all content respectful and relevant. We may remove content that violates community standards.

5. Pattern Accuracy

We strive for accuracy in every pattern and test thoroughly before publishing. If you discover an error, please report it using the in-pattern reporting tool. We will correct confirmed errors promptly.

6. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our service: your email for account access, payment details processed through Stripe (we never see your full card number), and usage data to improve the experience. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
